The History of the Breast Pump

The breast pump is a device that takes a stream of air into it through a very small hole. Then it uses this air to power it up, run a cycle, and make breast milk. The breast pump was invented by buyers in Japan in the 1950s; an American copy was found in the 1960s. It was perfected by a Dutch chemist named Helius Nambducter. The original electric breast pump was a contraption built by the country's Milk Advisory Council to promote breast milk production . It used a series of stones that produced a series of bubbles to make breast milk . It wasn't a perfect science, and bubbles and clots might have caused trouble, but for the time being, it was considered successful. American science stepped it up a notch and created an electric breast pump suction pump metre, which used warmed water to measure the amount of air within the pump. It was a while before anyone thought of using it for anything other than breast milk , but the pump was here to stay. The squeeze bottle was almos
